Finding a job in a tough economy can no doubt be tough. Many people become discouraged and even depressed when they are unemployed for many months. First, you need to better target your resume. Hiring Managers want to hire candidates who appear on paper to be specialists. They are not interested in hiring generalists. They want specialized skills. In the accounting industry, it is important you target that accountant resume by displaying the right skills and software experience.

Second, if you are an accountant, go ahead and gain the Certified Public Accountant certification. When you do not have a job, you end up with a lot of extra time on your hands. That means that you should use this time to keep your skills sharps and put yourself in a more marketable position. Studying for a CPA is a great use of your time while you are without a job.

Finally, never stop networking. Especially when you are in school it is vital that you develop relationships with both classmates and teachers. The teachers are oftentimes well-connected int the community and might end up referring you one day. The classmates might be able to recommend you if they are already working for a company that you want to work for. Also, never underestimate who someone might know. The real estate agent might know the Partner at an accounting Firm you want to work for. Always be looking!

There are a wide number of stores that sell and specialize in dog supplies. In these stores they will sell a number of items to safely contain your pet ranging from a standard dog kennel to portable and stationary dog pens. You may enter these pet specialty stores thinking that you are not going to find anything you might be interested in, until you come across some of the convenient pet enclosures that they have developed recently. Many are designed in kits that are much easier to assemble than years ago.

There are traditional styles of containment models as well as some more decorative and unique ones. You might be interested in finding an indoor dog kennel that will match the decor of your home. Since most styles in the home these days range from being in the modern style or contemporary style, you may want to purchase a kennel that will match the rest of the decor in the living area. With the specialty stores selling items such as stylish dog crates that can be matched to any type of decorating style for your home.

Once you get your pet’s pen home, you will want to choose an area of the home where you want to keep your furry friend. Some people do not mind having a dog kennel out in the open in their home. Some however would rather that it be put out of sight when required to be used in the home. However, if your pet is in the crate during times when there are people in the home, a crate that is out of the way and out of sight might be the best option. By keeping a lightweight, portable crate out of the way and out of sight when entertaining guests at your lavish dinner parties, you can feel better about not having a loud barking dog ruining your party from inside a crate that’s right by your guests. Then when the party is over, you can bring it back out for the dog to be part of the family all over again.
