Growing Up With Dot Matrix
If you grew up in the eighties you probably remember those old dot matrix printers we had in grade school. They had that special paper that was attached at the end and had those side tabs with holes. What fun it was to tear those off and see how far down the hall we could run before they broke. Or before the teacher caught us! Today, printers and printer ink are far more advanced with no wasted paper and very little excess ink used. In most businesses all extra paper supplies are recycled, and no dot matrix printers even exist anymore. But the next time I change my printer ink cartridge, I’ll recall once again the printers of grade school and paper flying around while teachers tried to calm us all down.
