Everyone loves planning their Halloween costumes for kids, but you may find that your little girl does not want to dress up as a witch, even a candy corn witch! A new party dress with a few additions can make a wonderful Halloween costume for a little girl and can then be worn for other occasions and holidays over the next few months.
