I thought I’d stayed at some swanky hotels until I stay at the Hacienda Grand in Bermuda. I was taking my beautiful wife Megan on her second honeymoon and of course now that we are three I was also taking our daughter Terri who’s only 12 years old. This was her first major trip abroad and she would have been happy staying in any old little guesthouse but she nearly wet herself with excitement when she saw the hotel.

I had booked a family suite and I knew there was a large canopy bed for me and Megan. I have to admit I hadn’t paid a lot of attention to what would be available for Terri. As it turned out though, not only did she have her own adjoining room but she also had the cutest mini kids canopy beds complete with satin bed canopy.
