Everyone loves planning their Halloween costumes for kids, but you may find that your little girl does not want to dress up as a witch, even a candy corn witch!  Lots of little girls love to dress up in pretty costumes as a fairy princess with layers of pink tulle and spangles or some would prefer a kids cat costume.

A new party dress with a few additions can make a wonderful Halloween costume for a little girl and can then be worn for other occasions and holidays over the next few months.  A sparkly tiara will not be expensive but will be much loved by a girly girl so that she can show it off to her friends.  Lots of dress-up jewelry will complete the look.
