Popular Legos Are In A League Of Their Own

From Duplo to Legos, these marvelous little click and snap toys have entertained many children and adults alike for years.  From the simple teaching of small motor skills, to the workings of lifelike houses and other elaborate creations, Legos are a favorite for many.

Legos do well in keeping up with the times with their additions of play sets like Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Toy Story and Sponge Bob Square Pants.  The infamous Harry Potter series has a variety of Lego sets ranging from Hagrids Hut to the big Hogwarts Castle. With each new book and movie, an updated Harry Potter Lego set arrives on the scene as well.  These sets are adorable complete with Quidditch brooms and characters.

Another popular product would be the Ben 10 Lego series which features at least six of the popular alien characters from the cartoon.  They can all interlock together to create a bigger creature and also connect with the Bionicle series.

Legos have also ventured into the world of electronic video games. Star Wars and Indiana Jones are two that feature the movie characters as Lego men, women and creatures and showcase many of the adventures portrayed in the movie. They can click their weapons to themselves and away they go to fight another battle.  The characters are required to assemble certain items to get to the next level of the adventure.  The sound effects are great and actually simulate the sounds of clicking Legos.

The main attraction to Legos of any shape and size is the unlimited capacity to create.  A child can take a standard set that is for a house or plane and turn it into a modern day restaurant with wheels.  There is no end to the ideas a child or adult can tap into.  Legos also come in buckets that have a variety of shapes and sizes with a booklet for constructing certain items.  You can use the booklet or create something of your own. Either way, Legos provide hours of entertainment for everyone.
