When purchasing such items, the smart shopper looks carefully at information on both the frame and the fabric. The frame of a motorhome awning contains tubing. Adaptations to that tubing help to determine the frame’s quality.
If the tube-like parts of a frame have rounded corners, then a canvas cover will slip onto that tube with relative ease. If a frame’s upper beams contain special hooks, then that reduces the chances for pole rotation. It also allows for introduction of fail safe release cords.
