There’s a lot of talk these days about people moving to the continent both to try and take advantage of of cheap prices for property or to try to move to a warmer climate for a better style of life. Prices for villas in Spain are fairly cheap now in comparison to what they were only a few years ago. In actual fact, the prices have come down considerably in this year alone with a lot of the prices having reduced by up to 40% for the same properties that were previously selling for enormous amounts. Of course, it all depends on which part of Spain you are going to move to. You will always find that villas are much cheaper inland, whereas if you travel towards the coast and try to buy a villa in the more tourist areas you will find that the prices will be a lot more.
