There is a big market in fast secured loans.  You only have to walk down the street and you will see signs for pawn shops and check cashing services.  These are in effect suppliers to the fast secured loan market.  The fact of the matter is though that the penalties associated with the fast secured loan are high and sometimes almost penal.  So if you need cash fast then what you would really want is something equivalent to the fast secured loans market, but providing unsecured loans, in essence a fast unsecured loan market.  Is there one?  Fortunately there is, but it is populated by more conventional players in the loan market.  The access to this market is through the telephone or the internet.  This market is much better as it is better regulated.
